Fulton 4-H Connection 4-H held their third meeting on March 12, 2017. At the meeting the members held elections. Officers for 2017 are Mindy O’Neill, President; Amber Rufenacht, Vice-President; Alexis Reber, Secretary; Samantha Stein, Treasurer; Mariah Baker and Nicole Stein, News Reporters; Zorah Siefker, Historian; Liz Reber, Health Leader; Chloe Ruhnke, Recreation Leader. Discussion included the club fundraiser of a car wash and bake sale, the date will be set later. At the next meeting we plan to reserve camp sites for our annual camping trip. The advisors are working on setting up our community service at Fulton Manor. The date of May 20 has been set for our project day. After the meeting, we played a game where we had to fit as many people as possible on a tarp. Then the people on the tarp had to keep booth feet on it and flip the tarp any way we could. If anyone fell off the tarp, they had to stay off of it. In the first game, only two people were left. As we continued to play, more people stayed on the tarp and were successful. It really was a blast! The next meeting will be on Sunday, March 26 at 3:30 at the Fulton County Extension Office.
