Kaylee McCaskey Gives Demonstration At Locos In Action Meeting

Locos in Action held their second meeting of the season Saturday, April 1st at Fountain Park Assisted Living.

All members received their project books. The members also spoke about designs for the club shirts. The design will go to vote at the next meeting on April 22nd, 2017.

Club Vice-president Kaylee McCaskey gave a demonstration on her project. Kaylee will be writing a children’s book. Kalyee’s book is based on a true story that happened right here in Williams County Ohio. The book will be about a young Sand hill Crane that was attacked by a dog and the Sand hill Crane’s journey to rehabilitation.

When Kaylee was asked why she chose this project she stated “I wanted to do something to help the environment and the best I can help is educating people. Locos in Action 4-H- Club is looking forward to reading the finished product.


Locos in Action next meeting is on April 22nd, 2017 at Crommer Park in Pioneer, Ohio.
