Justinian M. Williams, age 19, the Michigan man charged with the rape of a juvenile in Bryan, heard his sentencing from Williams County Common Pleas Court Judge JT Stelzer on September 22.
As part of a plea agreement, two counts of rape as well as one count of criminal child enticement were dropped by the prosecution when Williams entered a guilty pleas to two counts of rape, both first degree felonies, and one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second degree felony.
Judge Stelzer sentenced Williams to indefinite terms of imprisonment of 10 years to life on both rape charges and five years on the pandering charge. The sentences are to run concurrently with credit for time served.
Williams has been classified as Tier II sex offender in relation to the pandering charge and a Tier III sex offender in relation to the rape charges. Upon his release he will be required to provide officials with his living address as well as any place of employment or education in person every 90 days for the rest of his life.
