Archbold Council Approves Memorial Park Ball Diamonds Sidewalk Project

Among the legislative items handled by Archbold Village Council at their July 19th meeting was authorizing the Village Administrator to be begin advertising for bids for the Memorial Park Ball Diamonds sidewalk project.

The council also approved:

Resolution 2021-49: Creating a New Fund Including Revenue and Expense Accounts for a Law Enforcement Trust Fund and Declaring an Emergency

Ordinance 2021-50: Amending Appropriation Ordinance 2020-67 and Declaring an Emergency

Resolution 2021-51: Authorize the Administrator and the Finance Director to Accept “ARPA” Funding by Completing and Signing any Paperwork Necessary to Comply with Federal Funding Requirements and Declaring an Emergency

Resolution 2021-52: Transferring Funds from the General Fund to the Cemetery Fund and Declaring an Emergency

Resolution 2021-53: Transferring Funds from the General Fund to the Law Enforcement Fund and Declaring an Emergency

Resolution 2021-54: Authorizing the Administrator to Participate in the Maumee Watershed TMDL Coalition and Declaring an Emergency

Resolution 2021-55: Authorize the Administrator to Advertise for the Cemetery Ribbons Phase IV Project, Contract 5-2021 and Declaring an Emergency

Resolution 2021-57: Accept Change Order #4 FINAL for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Phase I and Declaring an Emergency
