The Archbold Police Department recently arrested six individuals, with each one receiving charges of robbery, grand theft, and possessing criminal tools.
A statement from the Archbold Police Department stated that “On November 27, 2024, at approximately 2:19am officers with the Archbold Police Department were dispatched to an active Breaking and Entering occurring at 1935 S. Defiance St. at Terry Hendrick’s Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Dealership in the Village of Archbold. Officers arrived on scene and observed several suspects fleeing from the rear of the building.”
“An officer was able to take one suspect into immediate custody, while others fled. Officers observed a Black Dodge pick-up leaving the scene going northbound on N. Defiance St.”
“Assisting officers from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office along with Archbold officers located and performed a traffic stop on the truck that matched the description of the truck leaving the scene.”
“Multiple suspects from the truck were taken into custody at that time. In total six suspects were arrested, four adults and two juveniles.”
“Arrested were: Kemoine Jeran Williams, 27 of Highland Park, MI. Robert DeAnthony Adams, 20 of Redford, MI, Robert J Freiburger II, 48 of Oxford, Ml and Robert J Freiburger Ill, 18 of Oxford, MI all charged with Robbery, Grand Theft and Possessing Criminal Tools.”
“Juvenile males ages 15 and 17 from Detroit, MI have been charged with the same. The investigation continues with assistance from multiple agencies from MI and OH including the FBI and ATF.”
According to charges listed on Correction Center of Northwest Ohio’s booking page, additional charges for some individuals include “Obstructing Justice Destroy Evidence/Withhold Testimony”, “Obstructing Justice Aid”, and “Breaking and Entering”.
Burglary charges were also stated as “Aggravated Burglary The Offender Has A Deadly Weapon or Dangerous Ordinance”.
