Fulton County Prosecutor
The following individuals were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

•Cole A. Cervantes, age 21, Defiance, previously pled guilty to Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles. On or about February 4, 2019, Mr. Cervantes disseminated obscene material or performance to a juvenile or a law enforcement official posing as a juvenile.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Cervantes to three years of community control. He ordered Mr. Cervantes to serve seven days in CCNO with work release; successfully complete the cognitive therapy program; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; be assessed by Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio; have no unsupervised contact with minors under age 18; and possess no cameras or video cameras.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Cervantes serving 11 months in jail.

•Ramon Love, 25, of 3125 Dowing in Toledo previously pleaded guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine. On May 10, 2018 and May 23, 2018, he did knowingly sell or offer to sell cocaine.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Love to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay restitution of $530 to the MAN Unit, and $1,150.60 to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to be held at CCNO until a bed becomes available at the SEARCH program, and successfully complete the SEARCH program in Bowling Green.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Love spending 8 months in prison for each count of Trafficking in Cocaine, said sentences to be served consecutively with one another, for a total prison term of 16 months.

•Ashley Bennett, 34, Wauseon, pleaded guilty to Theft and two counts of Forgery. Between July 23, 2018 to December 10, 2018, she forged two checks and stole cash, being $1,000 or more, but less than $7,500.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Ms. Bennett to 2 years of community control and ordered her to pay prosecution costs, successfully complete the Drug Court Program and successfully complete drug treatment and all recommended aftercare.

Failure to comply could result in Ms. Bennett spending 7 months in prison on each count of Forgery and 6 months in prison for Theft, said sentences for Forgery to be served concurrently with one another and consecutive with the sentence for Theft, for a total prison term of 13 months.

•Amber Clark, 34, of 1141 Oakwood Ave., Napoleon, pled guilty to Tampering With Evidence. On June 12, 2019 she used fake urine during a drug screen. Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Ms. Clark to 12 months in prison, and ordered her to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed fees.

•Seibert, Robert H (Bryan, OH) Open container. Fine: $50. Costs: $85.
•Suffel, Tonya M (Edgerton, OH) Interference of custody. Fine: $300. Costs: $206.04. Jail time: 180 days with 180 days suspended. No future violations within next 3 years.
•Veres, Logan C (Bryan, OH) Storage of trash. Fine: $90. Costs: $90.
•White, Jordan J (Bryan, OH) Fail to file taxes. Fine: $200 with $200 suspended. Costs: $120. Jail time: 30 days with 30 days suspended. Must file taxes within 30 days and setup payment agreement.
•White, Roger D (Bryan, OH) Assault. Fine: $350. Costs: $220. Jail time: 180 days with 178 days suspended. No future violations within next 2 years, no contact with victim, follow all recommendations of probation department, no alcohol.

•Whitlock, Teresa A (Stryker, OH) Dog at large. Fine: $150 with $150 suspended. Costs: $115. No future violations within 1 year.
