Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Cervantes to three years of community control. He ordered Mr. Cervantes to serve seven days in CCNO with work release; successfully complete the cognitive therapy program; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; be assessed by Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio; have no unsupervised contact with minors under age 18; and possess no cameras or video cameras.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Cervantes serving 11 months in jail.
