STRYKER – North Central picked up its first Buckeye Border Conference victory of the season as the Eagles defeated Stryker 13-4.
Cailyn Meyers and Breann Gendron led a 17-hit attack for the Eagles (2-7, 1-2 BBC) with three hits each. Rose Mills, Ava Gruber, Zoey Amos and Emmi Hollstein collected two hits each.
Jaiden Palmer had three hits, including a triple, for Stryker (0-8, 0-4 BBC). Maci Beck and MacKynzie Drewes had two hits each.
Addyson Turner was the winning pitcher for North Central with eight strikeouts and two walks.
