Day in the Park was held Saturday, June 22 this year at Bryan Recreation Park. The day included a wide variety of events and activities.

The midway was open from 11am-10pm having everything from food trucks, bounce houses and human hamster balls to the Williams County Amateur Radio Association even being set up and on-air.

The amphitheater hosted an artisan and craft market from 11am-4pm before being set up for their free community concert which included the option of premier seating.

The free community concert started their performance at 8pm and was performed by the band NYC3 and was sponsored exclusively by Spangler Candy Company.

NYC3 is a 3 male vocalist band based in New York which sings a variety of songs from today’s variety to remixes from the past decade all the way back to 90’s hit songs.

After the concert concluded the area was cleared out for the fireworks show which the Bryan Area Chamber sponsored.

The fireworks display began at 10pm and was a spectacular performance that lasted 20 minutes and concluded with a back-to-back grand finale leaving the audience and those surrounding the event in awe.

Bryan’s Day in the Park for 2024 is one that went down in the books as another fun and unique event which the city hosted and will continue to in future years!
