HELPING WITH COSTS … It may be cold and snowy, but the Flair on the Square Juried Fine Arts Festival is already planning its event for 2025. And thanks to the Bryan Area Foundation Power in the Purse (PIP) women’s giving circle, its members voted to award $1,000 to the festival to help them with operational costs. To be held around the historic Williams County Courthouse Square on Saturday, July 26, the day will feature live entertainment, delicious culinary treats, and a local fresh market. Pictured during the check presentation are left to right PIP Publicity Director Karin Bowers and Flair on the Square committee member Michelle Kleinhen.
