Special guest Loretta Elmerick, Education Coordinator with the Williams County Soil and Water Conservation District, will be visiting the Pioneer Branch Library to hand out trees and discuss important environmental issues in celebration of Arbor Day, on Tuesday, April 26 at 3:00 pm.
