On Monday the 4th day of April, 2016 the West Unity Area Chamber of Commerce Board Meeting was called to order and the pledge of Allegiance was followed by roll call finding all 14 Directors present.

Minutes of the March 2nd meeting were read and approved. The Chamber agreed to donate $75 to the Academic Banquet, as we have previously.

During our Committee Reports, it was reported that the Business & Industry show had a great turn out and many attendees stopped to visit our booth. Our gun raffle committee announced that a rifle was purchased from Stanley’s Guns & Ammo. It will be raffled off at Gathering Days on June 11th. Tickets will be up for sale soon and will be $10 each.

We are also looking to update our webpage. We will inform everyone when that happens. For now, we encourage everyone to please check out our Facebook page.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm with the next regular meeting scheduled for May 4th, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Library Conference Room.
