(September 9th, 2014): Pettisville took on St. Paul on Tuesday in Eighth Grade Competition, and it was the Lady Blackbirds who came away with the win in straight sets.
The first set was dominated by the girls from Pettisville. They took the game 25-10. St. Paul came back strong in game 2. The Blackbirds were able to withstand the assault, however, and take the set 25-20.
Pettisville improves to 3-1 on the season, with a perfect 1-0 record in BBC play.
