Fayette Conducting Income Survey In Connection With Block Grant Funds

(PRESS RELEASE) – The Village of Fayette has announced today that it will be conducting an income survey of area residents to determine whether the village is eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Ohio Department of Development and other low-interest loan and grant programs as part of their water system improvements project.

The survey is being conducted, coordinated, and tabulated by the Ohio Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) to ensure confidentiality of individual returns.

Residents were randomly selected to receive a survey, and many have already been returned. The village would like to thank you for your attention and timely response.

However, a minimum number of returns is required for a valid survey, and we still have a way to go. If you have received a survey, please complete it, and return it to RCAP as soon as possible using the pre-addressed envelope you received with your survey or drop it off in the village office during normal business hours.

This is a very simple survey that will take less than five minutes of your time. The information contained in the surveys is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and can only be used for the purpose of determining the village’s eligibility for CDBG and other program funds.

If we do not receive the required number of surveys by November 3, 2023, the village will conduct a door-to-door campaign for collection. Time is running out to complete our survey. Please return your survey today.
