Fifteen Individuals Indicted By Fulton County Grand Jury

PRESS RELEASE – On February 13, 2023, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Dakota L. Hendricks, age 23, of Montpelier, 0H, was indicted on one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. On or about January 12, 2023, he allegedly transported a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle and the loaded handgun was allegedly concealed on his person. 23CR12.

Christopher Jaso, age 25, of Morenci, MI, was indicted on one count of Escape. On or about January 15, 2023, he allegedly broke or attempted to break detention, and the offense for which he was allegedly under detention was a misdemeanor. 23CR13.

Kristi A. Ordway, age 46, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Passing Bad Checks. On or about March 23, 2022, she allegedly issued a check knowing it would be dishonored and the alleged check was issued to a single vendor for the payment of $1,000 or more, but less than $7,500. 23CR18.

Xavier A. Body, age 20, of Green Bay, WI, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about January 10, 2023, he allegedly failed to appear for a pretrial conference in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 23CR21.

Mikenzie A. Weihbrecht, age 19, of Green Bay, WI, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about February 10, 2023, she allegedly failed to appear for a pre-trial conference in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 23CR22.

Jimmie F. Carros III, age 32, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about January 20, 2023, he allegedly failed to appear for a pre-trial conference in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 23CR19.

Vann Pryor, age 67, of Holland, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Burglary, one count of Felonious Assault, and one count of Aggravated Menacing. On or about January 21, 2023, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure when another person was present with the alleged purpose to commit a criminal offense and allegedly attempted or threatened to inflict physical harm to another. He also allegedly caused physical harm to another by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordinance. He also caused another to believe that he would cause serious physical harm to them or their property. 23CR15.

Stacy Clark, age 51, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Domestic Violence. On or about January 16, 2023 and January 17, 2023, she allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 23CR14.

Joseph T. Cox, age 41, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Police Officer and one count of Possession of Cocaine. On or about February 5, 2023, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle so as to elude or flee a police officer. He also allegedly possessed Cocaine. 23CR17.

Jacob J. Wyckhouse, age 37, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Provide Notice of a Change of Address. On or about December 15, 2021, he allegedly, having been required to register, failed to provide notice to the Fulton County Sheriff of a change of address. 23CR23.

Joshua D. Corley, age 37, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Trespass in a Habitation When a Person Is Present or Likely to be Present and one count of Violating a Protection Order. On or about January 23, 2023, he allegedly trespassed in a habitation of any person, when any person other than an accomplice was present or likely to be present. He also allegedly violated the terms of a protection order. 23CR16.

Tami S. Gerity, age 57, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Corrupting Another with Drugs, two counts of Aggravated Arson, one count of Attempted Murder, and one count of Insurance Fraud. On or about February 14, 2021, she allegedly administered a controlled substance with purpose to cause serious physical harm to another. She also allegedly caused physical harm to an occupied structure by means of fire and allegedly created a substantial risk of serious physical harm to another by means of fire. She also allegedly attempted to cause the death of another. She also allegedly presented an insurance claim in an amount over $7,500 but less than $150,000, knowing it was false. 23CR24.

Clyde J. Roberts, age 75, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on ten counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor or Impaired Person and ten counts of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor. On or about September 16, 2022, he allegedly solicited, received, purchased, exchanged, possessed, or controlled material that showed a minor or impaired person participating or engaging in sexual activity. He also allegedly bought, procured, possessed, or controlled any obscene material that has a minor as one of its participants. 23CR26.

James N. Van Pelt, III, age 33, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Gross Sexual Imposition, two counts of Sexual Battery, and one count of Rape. On or about August 21, 2022, he allegedly had sexual contact with another and allegedly compelled the other person to submit by force or threat of force. He also allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another allegedly knowing the other person submitted because they were unaware that the alleged act was being committed. He also allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another allegedly knowing the other person’s ability to control their own conduct was substantially impaired. He also allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another and allegedly compelled the other person to submit by force or threat of force. 23CR25.

Glenn R. Parcher, III, age 55, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on 11 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor, one count of Corrupting Another with Drugs, and one count of Voyeurism. On or about May 13-15, 2022, June 15, 2022, June 25, 2022, July 1-3, 2022, July 9-11, 2022, he allegedly created, recorded, photographed, filmed, developed, reproduced, or published material that showed a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity. On or about the month of October 2021 through July 11, 2022, he also allegedly furnished Marijuana to a juvenile. On or about May 13, 2022 through July 11, 2022, he also allegedly trespassed or invaded the privacy of a minor in a state of nudity for the purpose of sexual gratification. 23CR27.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
