FOUR COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION: Board Greenlights New Adult Education Role, Public Safety Instructors, & 2026 Calendar

On December 18, 2025, the Four County Career Center Board of Education held the December Board Meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Four County Career Center. A presentation was given by Ashley Epling, Williams County Economic Development Director.

As part of the treasurer’s report, the board approved:

-November Meeting Minutes.
-Financial statements and investments for the month of November 2025 as presented.
-Appropriation Modifications as presented.
-An Engagement Letter with Bradley Payne, LLC to provide municipal advisory services.
-The American Fidelity Section 125 Plan for the 2026 Calendar year.

As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the board accepted and/or approved the following items:

-Brian Snyder as the Adult Education Financial Aid & Program Assistant.
-Employment of Public Safety and CNA Instructors.
-Donation of fertilizers from Lowe’s Home Improvement to the Horticulture Lab.
-The 2026-27 and 2027-28 FCCC School Calendars.
-Policy Recommendations as presented.
-Designated Deb Gerken as President Pro-Term for the January Organizational Meeting.
-Enterprise Zone Agreement for Wieland Chase, LLC.

The next scheduled meetings involving members of the Four County Career Center Board of Education include the organizational meeting and regular January board meeting.

These will be held beginning at 5:30 p.m. on January 8, 2026, in Room A101A at Four County Career Center.
