Approval of the minutes of March 23, 2021 and the agenda as presented began the Fulton County Commissioners March 25 meeting, as usual. A notice of office closure for the Western District Court was read, Increase and Transfer of Appropriations for various departments was approved, as was the resolution for Purchase orders and Travel requests.
Also approved at the March 25, 2021 meeting were Resolution 226 to Authorize advertisement for FUL CR variance for a Guardrail replacement and Resolution 227 an Agreement 2021-41 with Henschen and Associates on Behalf of Western District Court.
Before the March 30, 2021 meeting, Bids were opened for Bridge 10-2M.3 Replacement Project with the Engineer’s Estimate set at $170,000. The two bids that came in were for $201,955.76 from RG Zachrich and $185,875.86 from Miller Bros. Construction.
After approval of the March 25 minutes, the agenda as presented, and the payment of bills, the commissioners voted to approve: Purchase orders and travel requests, Increase and transfer of Appropriations for various departments, and Resolution 233 to extend Fulton County Temporary Policies with Covid 19 restrictions.
Economic Development Director, Matt Gilroy presented T.I.R.C. recommendations, which were all approved by the commissioners. “Fulton County Processing Agreement #08-002 expired in 2019 and recommended to leave this agreement expired.
Fulton County Processing Agreement #13-90 was recommended to continue agreement. Fulton County Processing Agreement #18-001 construction has been finished and investment requirements have been met, except there are no jobs yet and they have until the end of 2021 to do so.
Quiring Delta Real Estate Agreement # 15-001 was recommended to continue agreement. North Star Blue Scope Steel has no current active agreements but do have an upcoming agreement.
Village of Delta, Dover Township, York Township, Clinton Township, German Township, Metamora, and Wauseon have no active agreements. Once the Commissioners have decided to Accept the recommendations Matt Gilroy will file paperwork with the state.”
