Fulton County Commissioners Clerk Completes Eight Years Of Service

Teri Suarez, who has been the Clerk for the Fulton County Commissioners for the past eight years, finished her service at the March 18, 2021 session. Her husband has accepted a position in Indiana, so the family is moving away.

Suarez said she does not have a job lined up over there yet as she wants to get settled in before looking for one. Jessica Schuette has moved up from Assistant Clerk to fill the position vacated by Suarez.

During the March 18 session, the commissioners approved Minutes of March 16, 2021 and agenda as amended, for present meeting; Dog Warden Report for March 13, 2021; Clerk’s Certification of Mailing: 2nd Amended Schedule B Ditch 2141-Myers; Resolution 210 Agreement 2021-36 with Miller Brothers Construction for the Bridge 10S.3 Replacement project; Resolution 212 Accept resignation of Fulton County TIRC member; and Purchase orders and travel requests, before adjourning.

The Tuesday, March 23, 2021 session also held a few items which were approved, including Minutes of March 18 meeting, agenda, Payment of bills, 2020 Report for Shelters of Victims of Domestic Violence, Engineer’s notice of altered hours of operations for summer, Increase and transfer appropriations for various departments, Resolution 218 Cooperative Agreement 38 with Lucas County for the 2021 Pavement Marking Program, Resolution 219 Agreement 39 with Henschen and Associates on behalf of the Eastern District Court, Resolution 220 Oversight of Agreement 2021-40 with the Common pleas Court for IV-D Services on behalf of JFS, purchase orders and travel requests, and Resolution 222 Appoint member to TIRC.
