The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, August 9th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.
The minutes for the previous meeting held on August 4th were approved first. Following the minutes, Commissioners moved to approve the current agenda as presented as well as the list of bills for payment.
Commissioners then reviewed the amended certificate of estimated resources, certificate of non-compliance, Treasurer to Auditor balancing report and certificate of Fulton County Budget Commission for FY2023 before moving to approve the following agenda items.
-Resolution 2022-534 for the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.
-Resolution 2022-535 to set a date for the 2022 County Auction.
-Resolution 2022-536 to approve oversight of contract 2022-76 with BPS Technologies on behalf of JFS.
-Resolution 2022-537 to approve the Fulton County Housing Semi Annual Program Income Report and authorize the Board President to sign.
-Resolution 2022-538 to approve the Fulton County Economic Development RLF Semi Annual Report and authorize the Board President to sign.
-Resolution 2022-539 to allow the removal of wildlife at the Pettisville Wastewater Lagoons.
-Resolution 2022-540 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.
With no further business to attend to, the meeting was adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
The second meeting of the week was held on Thursday, August 11th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with an opening of bids for the Fulton County Senior Center General Construction Project and the Fulton County Senior Center Kitchen Project.
Bids were read off from four companies for the general construction project and from one company for the kitchen project.
Following the reading of the bids, the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer were observed before the session officially began.
The minutes for the previous meeting held on August 9th were approved as well as the current agenda as presented. The following agenda items were then approved.
-Resolution 2022-543 for the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.
-Resolution 2022-544 to award a bid for the 2022 Pavement Marking Program on behalf of the Fulton County Engineer.

-Resolution 2022-545 to approve Change Order #2 to Contract 2021-92 with Bryan Excavating for the County Road H Sanitary Sewer – Nova Tube and Steel project.
-Resolution 2022-546 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.
With all items attended to, the meeting was adjourned at 9:07 a.m.
