FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Housekeeping Report Given At December 28th Meeting

Fulton County Commissioners began the last week of 2021 regular sessions with the approval of the following:

-Minutes from December 23, 2021, agenda as presented, increase and transfer of appropriations, purchase orders and travel requests, and payment of bills
-Resolution 938 2021 Road Mileage Certification
-Resolution 939 Dispose of unneeded, obsolete or unfit property – EMS Trade in
-Resolution 940 Area office on Aging Extension of PY2021 Grant Award
-Resolution 941 Sub-recipient Agreement 2021-138 with Fairlawn Haven Retirement Community
-Resolution 942 Authorize Ad for request of Qualifications for Ohio Department of Development Brownfield Program

Letti Hernandez, Housekeeping Supervisor, was present to give the commissioners an update on the department.They are responsible for the cleaning of fourteen buildings, with eight employees.

Presently they are in the process of hiring and replacing as a few of the staff are leaving or have left. Hernandez said that she feels they are still maintaining good work despite the turnover.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned, with plans to meet on Thursday, December 30, 2021.
