(PRESS RELEASE) – On November 18, 2024, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
-CAROL A. LEONARD, age 61, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about September 26, 2024, through October 6, 2024, she allegedly stole various merchandise from another. 24CR158.
-CLARENCE E. TRZASKA, age 79, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about April 1, 2024, through October 1, 2024, he allegedly stole various merchandise from another. 24CR157.
-JUSTIN M. MAGERS, age 37, of Arcadia, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about October 25, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly obtain, possess, or use Methamphetamine. 24CR154.
-KAYLIE J. L. ROBINSON, age 31, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property. On or about May 1, 2024, through September 28, 2024, she allegedly did receive, retain, or dispose of property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property had been obtained through commission of a theft offense and the property involved was a motor vehicle. 24CR159.
-DUSTIN D. IRVIN, age 35, of Napoleon, OH, was indicted on four counts of Telecommunications Harassment. On or about September 7, 2024, and September 8, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly make or cause to be made a telecommunication, or knowingly permit a telecommunication to be made from a telecommunications device under the person’s control, to another, and the caller knowingly made a comment, request, suggestion, or proposal to the recipient of the telecommunication that was threatening, intimidating, menacing, coercive, or obscene with the intent to abuse, threaten, or harass the recipient and he allegedly did knowingly make or cause to be made a telecommunication, or knowingly permit a telecommunication to be made from a telecommunications device under the person’s control, to another, and the caller made the telecommunication with purpose to harass, intimidate, or abuse a person at the premises to which the telecommunication was made, whether or not actual communication took place between the caller and a recipient. 24CR160.
-JUSTIN G. HUMPHREY-GAINER, age 42, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about November 10, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 24CR151.
-ELI J. BAER, age 49, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about April 5, 2024, through November 1, 2024, he allegedly stole various retail items from another. 24CR156.
-AUGUSTINE A. BARAJAS, age 36, of Oakwood, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft and one count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. On or about October 23, 2024, he allegedly stole a license plate from another; and he allegedly did knowingly use or operate a Chevy Equinox without the consent of Victim 2, the owner or person authorized to give consent, and the victim is an elderly person and the victim incurred a loss as a result of the violation of one thousand dollars or more and less than seven thousand five hundred dollars. 24CR148.
-BRITTNEY D. BARAJAS, age 29, of Paulding, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft, one count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and one count of Misdemeanor Theft. On or about October 23, 2024, she allegedly stole a license plate from another; she allegedly did knowingly use or operate a Chevy Equinox without the consent of Victim 2, the owner or person authorized to give consent, and the victim is an elderly person and the victim incurred a loss as a result of the violation of one thousand dollars or more and less than seven thousand five hundred dollars; and she allegedly stole various carry out items from another. 24CR149.
-BRAXTON J. MILLIMAN, age 18, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Cruelty to Companion Animals. On or about October 31, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause serious physical harm to a companion animal by slamming the dog to the ground/floor. 24CR150.
-KALOB R. DANIELS, age 26, of Adrian, MI, was indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property, one count of Falsification, and one count of Identity Fraud. On or about October 12, 2024, he allegedly did receive, retain, or dispose of Kia, the property of Victim 1, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property had been obtained through commission of a theft offense and the property involved was a motor vehicle; he allegedly did knowingly make a false statement, or knowingly swear or affirm the truth of a false statement previously made, when the statement was made with purpose to mislead a public official in performing the public official’s official function; and he allegedly did, without the express or implied consent of Victim 2, use, obtain, or possess personal identifying information of Victim 2 with intent to hold himself out to be Victim 2 by using Victim 2’s name and date of birth. 24CR155.
-NOAH R. QUICK, age 38, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence, one count of Abduction, and one count of Menacing by Stalking. On or about November 10, 2024, he allegedly did, by threat of force, knowingly cause Victim 1, a family or household member, to believe that the offender would cause imminent physical harm to the family or household member; he allegedly did, without privilege to do so, knowingly, by force or threat, restrain the liberty of Victim 1, under circumstances that created a risk of physical harm to her or placed her in fear; and he allegedly by engaging in a pattern of conduct, did knowingly cause Victim 1 to believe that Noah R. Quick would cause physical harm to Victim 2 or 3 or a family or household member of Victim 1 or cause mental distress to Victim 1, the offender had a history of violence toward the victim or any other person or a history of other violent acts toward the victim or any other person. 24CR152.
-LAURIE A. ELEK, age 45, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Attempted Tampering with Evidence. On or about November 12, 2024, she allegedly did, knowing that an official proceeding or investigation was in progress, or was about to be or likely to be instituted, attempt to alter, destroy, conceal, or remove any record, document, or thing, with purpose to impair its value or availability as evidence in such proceeding or investigation. 24CR164.
-JAMES PONTIOUS, age 40, of Metamora, OH, was indicted on one count of Tampering with Evidence. On or about October 22, 2024, he allegedly did, knowing that an official proceeding or investigation was in progress, or was about to be or likely to be instituted, make, present, or use any record, document, or thing, knowing it to be false and with purpose to mislead a public official who was or might have been engaged in such proceeding or investigation, or with purpose to corrupt the outcome of any such proceeding or investigation. 24CR163.
-KELLY S. HARTMAN, age 47, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about January 1, 2024, through November 13, 2024, she allegedly stole cash from another. 24CR161.
-MICHAEL W. COWGILL, age 47, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on four counts of Rape. On or about January 1, 2024, through July 4, 2024, he allegedly did engage in sexual conduct with Victim when Michael W. Cowgill purposely compelled her to submit by force or threat of force. 24CR162.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
