At approximately 11:09 AM on May 5th, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office responded to 9786 County Road N, Delta, OH in Royalton Township for a report of suspected cockfighting taking place on the property. Upon arrival, deputies reporter multiple subjects fleeting the property, with most returning later. Deputies confiscated 72 live chickens with numerous other evidence. Issued were 52 citations for Animal Fighting/Spectator – Aider and Abettor. Names are as follows:
