Henry County Grand Jury Hands Down Nine Indictments

(PRESS RELEASE) – Gwen Howe-Gebers, Henry County Prosecuting Attorney, announces the following individuals who were indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury on January 22, 2025.

-DANIEL K. FITCH, 42, Grand Rapids, for Possession of Cocaine (F5), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5).

-CARLOS E. HARRIS, 25, Napoleon, for Menacing by Stalking (F4), Criminal Damaging or Endangering (M1).


-BRADLEY CROW, 37, Wauseon, for Rape (F1), Sexual Battery (F3).

-GARY EISCHEN, 38, Toledo, for Failure to Register (F3).

-DENNIS MULLINS, JR., 49, Ney, for Failure to Register (F3), Failure to Provide Notice of Change in Vehicle Info or Identifiers (F3).

-LUKE A WRIGHT, 21, Deshler, for Tampering with Records (F3).


-KOREY J. MINNICH, 19, Liberty Center, for Possession of Cocaine (F5).

-ROLAND KAWIECKI, 45, Napoleon, for two counts of OVI (M1), Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle with Specification for Forfeiture of a Weapon (F5).

-SHANNON STULTS, 60, Warshaw, IN, for Driving Under Suspension or in Violation of License Restriction (M1), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F3).

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
