Holiday City Village Council held its monthly meeting on May 19, 022.  Mayor Pamela Clark started the meeting with a roll call and all council members were present.

After the Pledge of Allegiance council approved the minutes from the previous meeting in April.

Next up, council approved ordinance 2022-2 defining refuse as a public nuisance.  The motion passed 4-1, with Jarrett Funk against.

Next, council passed resolution R-2022-7 approving the change order for 12/47KV for the Distribution Circuit Project. This resolution changed the wiring to underground wires, saving the village money.

Next, the Audit Committee reported that all receipts matched and no discrepancies were found.

Next up, council discussed a possibility of adding a charging station to the village for electric cars and what options the village would have- no legislation has been passed.

Next up, the village went into an executive session to discuss employment, no action was taken. Council then adjourned.
