NEW MEMBER … Kenneth (Skip) Leupp, left, is the newest member of the Archbold Rotary Club as member Eddie Partin (right), proposed him for membership.
Skip is a former Wauseon Rotarian (1991 to 2012) who is now a German Township trustee. He and his wife, Liz, live in Archbold.
The club now has 51 active members and 3 honorary members.
