Montpelier Officers Do Their Part To The Help Red Cross

July 31, 2015Updated:November 30, 2016No Comments1 Min Read

The Village of Montpelier recently sponsored an American Red Cross blood drive at the Williams Co. Vet’s building. Chief McGee and Administrative Specialist Darrin Repp are shown here, donating blood. It is an easy, but powerful thing to do. According to Bloodcenters.org, “One pint of blood can save up to three lives” and “43,000 pints of donated blood are used each day in the U.S. and Canada”, with someone needing blood every two seconds. Keep watching for a blood drive near you and help to save someone’s life!
