August 30th-COLUMBUS GROVE: Taking to the road, the North Central Eagles took part in the Columbus Grove Invitational.
The Eagles entered seven runners into the race. Of those seven, Trenton Sakos was first to finish, turning in a time of 18:57. Behind him, teammate Jason Vassar clocked in at 19:25. Adam Knepper was the third North Central runner to complete the race with a time of 20:49.
For the North Cenral girls, Emma Zenz offered up a time of 26:03, the best of any Lady Eagle on the day. Fellow Eagle Taylor Harper was in close pursuit at 26:24. Sam Vassar ran a 27:06 for North Central as well.
