North Centrals Treasurer Eric Smeltzer was reprimanded by the board of education.
As part of the reprimand, Mr. Smeltzer was suspended for three days and was removed from his position as head baseball coach.
Those days of suspension will take place from January 24th to January 26th.
Through the use of a Freedom of Information Request, The Village Reporter was able to receive the official reprimand letter from the school.
The reprimand states the reason as “violation of another employee’s privacy and work space.”
This reprimand will remain on Mr. Smeltzer’s personnel file for a period of three years.
