ARCHBOLD, OHIO – Northwest State students, faculty, staff, and friends participated in a day of service at the Toledo Seagate Foodbank on Monday, honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., while helping others. The NSCC team filled over 350 bags of food and personal care products which will be distributed to Veterans and families in need.
Northwest State students and staff continue to serve closer to home through the NSCC Food Pantry, which provides food staples and personal care products at no charge to current students and staff. The pantry is opened between 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. the fourth Thursday of every month when classes are in session. Sponsored by Northwest State Students for Community Outreach and Awareness (SCOA), the NSCC Food Pantry is a satellite food pantry of the Seagate Foodbank.
