A Wauseon man was sentenced on January 25, 2016 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Larry Frost, Jr, age 20, previously pled no contest and was found guilty of Complicity to Commit Theft. On July 16, 2015, he aided in a theft of money. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Frost to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, have no contact with the victims, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, serve 180 days in CCNO, with 166 days suspended, and with credit for 9 days already served, seek and maintain employment, and successfully complete the Changing Offender Behavior Program.
A Liberty Center man was sentenced on January 27, 2016, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Cameron Copeland, age 23, previously pled guilty to two counts Trafficking in Marihuana. On December 21, 2014 and February 5, 2015, he sold Marihuana. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Copeland to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay restitution of $585 to the MAN Unit, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substance, be assessed for treatment by Wauseon Wellness and Recovery Center, and successfully complete all recommended treatment, attend a minimum of 1 AA or NA meeting per week for the first 6 months of community control, forfeit his vehicle to the state, serve 21 days in CCNO, with work release, and suspended his driver’s license for 6 months with privileges for probation appointments, treatment, and work. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Copeland spending 7 months in prison.
A Wauseon man was sentenced on January 29, 2016, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Dylan Hall, age 19, previously pled guilty to Trafficking in Marihuana and Trafficking in Heroin. On February 28, 2014 he sold Marihuana and on March 5, 2014, he sold Heroin. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Hall to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs and court appointed attorney fees, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substances, abide by al 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM curfew, obtain his GED, pay restitution of $530 to the MAN Unit, successfully complete the SEARCH Program, and he suspended his driver’s license for 6 months, with privileges for probation appointments, treatment, and work. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Hall spending 18 months in prison.

Ada J. Shaver, age 42, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about January 25, 2015, she allegedly possessed heroin.
Sadie J. Shaver, age 21, of Delta, OH, was indicted in one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about January 25, 2015, she allegedly possessed heroin.
Henry W. Marksch, IV, age 27, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on two counts of Possession of Heroin. On or about April 20, 2015 and July 16, 2015, he allegedly possessed heroin.
Benito Alaniz, age 28, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about July 28, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell morphine in the vicinity of a juvenile.
Steven T. Garcia, age 48, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on one count of Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana and one count of Tampering with Evidence. On or about August 11, 2015, he allegedly cultivated marihuana and allegedly tampered with evidence in an official proceeding or police investigation.
Michael L. Dominique, age 68, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on one count of Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana. On or about August 11, 2015, he allegedly cultivated marihuana.
Darnae L. Petty, Jr., age 28, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Heroin. On or about September 14, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin.
Ian C. Ruffer, age 26, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about September 18, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell the drug MDMA.
Thomas H. Green, age 20, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about September 18, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana.
Dayvon W. Boston, age 22, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Heroin. On or about September 22, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin in an amount more than one gram but less than five grams.
Jayson M. Franks, age 33, of Montpelier, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about October 15, 2015, to October 24, 2015, he allegedly stole property valued at more than$1,000 but less than $7,500.
Robert M. Jordan, age 22, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on two counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. On or about July 19, 2015, he allegedly discharged a firearm while in a motor vehicle.
Timothy P. Printke, II, age 21, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Burglary and two counts of Theft. On or about May 7, 2015, to July 22, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and allegedly stole property.
Justin R. Perdue, age 27, of Lyons, OH, was indicted on two counts of Domestic Violence, two counts of Criminal Damaging, two counts of Criminal Damaging or Endangering, one count of Grand Theft, and one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability. On or about December 27, 2015, he allegedly stole a firearm, and allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. He also allegedly caused a substantial risk of physical harm to the property of another.
Juvinico Rocha, age 73, or Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about January 7, 2016, he allegedly failed to appear for his sentencing in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
