Opportunity To Learn About History Of State Route 6 Coming To Edgerton

Calling all local history lovers! Edgerton will be welcoming Gary Hunter from the U.S. Route 6 Tourist Association who will be giving a free presentation about the History of Route 6 – the longest, oldest and highest transcontinental highway in America!

You’ll get to learn all about The Grand Army of the Republic Highway as it travels through Williams County with 3,652 miles of adventure from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean.

There are two opportunities to take a trip down memory lane on June 5,  2023 at the Edgerton Library at 5pm or at the Edgerton Council meeting at 7pm.
