PETTISVILLE: August 18, 2014 – The Pettisville Blackbirds played host to Rossford on August 18, falling to the visitors 5-4 in a hard fought contest.
For the Blackbirds, Josh Liechty got 2 balls across the line to score for the Blackbirds while teammate Jakob Waidelich powered in two shots to bring the Blackbirds within one goal, but the host Pettisville Blackbirds could not complete the comeback and fell short by one goal in the contest.
With the loss, Pettisville drops to 0-2 on the season.
