On Friday, October 09, 2015 at 12:13 AM, Kenneth G. Chappuies, Age 23, 204 Avenue B, Bryan, was arrested for Abuse of Harmful Intoxicants and Failure to Control after a traffic crash that occurred in the 300 blk of Parkview Avenue. He was released.
On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 1:42 AM, Logan W. Lirot, Age 27, 614 S. Walnut St., Bryan, was arrested on a Felony Warrant out of the Williams County Court of Common Pleas. The original charge was Felony Domestic Violence. He was turned over to the Williams County Sheriff’s Department and taken to CCNO.
On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 3:01 AM, Matthew L. Ridgway, Age 33, 219 W. Trevitt St., Bryan, was arrested for Assault, Disorderly Conduct after Warning, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to CCNO.

Judge Barber sentenced Mr. Zayas to 8 months in prison.
A Toledo, Ohio man was sentenced on October 6, 2015 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Joseph Davis, 41, previously pled guilty to Attempted Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On March 3, 2015, he attempted to obtain drugs. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Davis to 1 year of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $500 fine, be assessed for drug and alcohol treatment and successfully complete all recommended treatment, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, seek and maintain employment, six month driver’s license suspension with privileges for probation appointments, counseling, and church, and serve 2 days in CCNO with 178 days suspended. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Davis spending 180 days in CCNO.
A Whitehouse, Ohio woman was sentenced on October 6, 2015 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Kelsey May, 25, pled guilty to two counts of Breaking & Entering. On June 19 and June 24, 2015, she broke into the Pettisville Schools FFA Recycling Center. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Ms. May to prison for 11 months, to be served concurrently with an 18-month prison term imposed for an earlier, unrelated Burglary conviction.
