The Queens of Edon Pageant has crowned this year’s winners. The pageant was held on Saturday, August 5th at 5:30 p.m.
Held inside the Northwest Edon School, the pageant consisted of 16 contestants who each competed for their age group’s crown.
Each of the contestants first came out on stage to perform a musical number together. Everyone was then welcomed to the event before each contestant came out for their introduction and casual wear portion.
The pageants previous 2022 Queens came out next for a special presentation before the evening wear portion took place.
An onstage questionnaire then took place for Little Miss and Junior Miss contestants before Teen Miss and Miss contestants presented their community concentrations.
An intermission then took place before the 2022 Queens came out for their final walks. The awards were then presented to each of the 2023 contestants.
The 2023 Little Miss Photogenic title was awarded to Kensington Carr, Little Miss Congeniality was awarded to Aria Manges, and the Little Miss Edon 1st Runner-Up was awarded to Charlotte Bailey. Your Little Miss Edon title was then awarded to Kensington Carr.
The 2023 Junior Miss Photogenic title was awarded to Cora Brigle, Miss Congeniality was awarded to Harley Owens, and the Junior Miss Edon 1st Runner-Up was awarded to Paislee Owens. Your Junior Miss Edon title was then awarded to Cora Brigle.
The 2023 Teen Miss Photogenic title was awarded to Lexi Hay, Miss Congeniality was awarded to Clara Reitzel, and the Teen Miss Edon 1st Runner-Up was awarded to Lexi Hay. Your Teen Miss Edon title was then awarded to Clara Reitzel.
The 2023 Miss Photogenic title was then awarded to Alexis Dulle, Miss Congeniality was awarded to Alexis Dulle, and the Miss Edon 1st Runner-Up was awarded to Autumn Owens. Your Miss Edon title was then awarded to Alexis Dulle.
Additional awards were also given out before the conclusion of the night’s event. The Top Seller award was given to Alexis Dulle, People’s Choice was awarded to Alivia Whitney, and Director’s Choice was given to Aria Craven. Each of the contestants were also given an award for their participation.
