Rural Wauseon Man Found After Being Reported Missing

A Rural Wauseon man was located on Thursday after disappearing following a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday.

70 year old Clarence Whipple was found in South Lebanon, a suburb northwest of Cincinnatti on Thursday afternoon.
