The Bombers got a strong outing by Landon Bloir and put together five important hits to advance to the district championship with their win over the Patrick Henry. Bloir threw the complete game and gave up the two runs on four hits with 12 strikeouts. Hayden Runyan led Edon offensively finishing two for three while Colton Lyman’ one hit was a double. The Patriots sandwiched their two runs in the fifth inning after Bloir shut them out in the first through fourth innings and again in the sixth and seventh innings. The Bombers advance to the district final where they will face Ayersville at Archbold Saturday at 1pm.
