SPELLING CONTEST … St. Mary School hosted its annual Spelling Bee with students from grades 5 and 6. After several exciting and challenging rounds, Frankie Juhasz, a 6th grader, emerged as the champion. She clinched the title with the winning word, “doodle.” Taking the well-earned position of runner-up was Stella Siebenaler, a 5th grader. In addition, Audrey Jesse was named the alternate, ready to step in if needed for the next level of competition. Frankie and Stella will represent St. Mary School in the County Spelling Bee on January 21 at 7:00 pm at the Bryan Arts Center. St. Mary School congratulates all of this year’s participants for their achievements and wishes the best of luck to Frankie and Stella as they prepare for the county stage.
