Stryker Spring Meet the Teams Night - TK 002

Okay, so there is still plenty of snow out there with which to contend, but that could not put a damper on the Meet the Teams Night in the multipurpose room of the Stryker School on March 20.

Attendees were offered a bill of fare of a quarter-pound hotdog with chili, cheese and all the fixings, baked beans, potato chips and ice cream.  After everyone in the packed multipurpose room had made their way through the line at least once, it was time to carry through on the purpose of the evening…meeting the teams.

One by one, the coaches came forward to introduce their respective teams to the audience, and talk briefly about the ambitions for the upcoming season. Beginning with the Varsity track squad, the teams coming forward to meet the community included the Junior High track team, the Varsity baseball team, and the Varsity softball team.

Prior to adjournment, three cakes were raffled off in a fundraiser for the Stryker Athletic Department.
