Stryker has a legend. His name is Stan Kruse. He’s a legend in our time and will be for years to come. On Friday evening, in front of a packed house of Stryker Panther fans and Hilltop Cadet fans, Stryker’s favorite sports announcer was honored for his 20+ years of dedicated service. He was presented with a plaque of service by Athletic Director Kim Miller. “Bombshell” Kruse also served as Athletic Booster President, Stryker School Foundation member and recognized as #1 Baseball Assistant. Stan was accompanied by his wife Rita, and daughters Krista and Kyla and their families that evening for the honor.
