Stryker’s Archery Team Travels To Nationals For The First Time

20140509 Nationals TeamNationals were held May 9th-11th in Louisville, KY at the Kentucky Expo Center. This was the first time Stryker participated since the club was initiated by Coach Nate Johnson.

For the event, there were 11,000 kids who participated over the weekend. A total of 570 teams competed, with 164 in the high school division. The Stryker team scored a 3146 and was ranked 121 out of the 164 teams that were present. The top twelve scores were taken for scoring.

Stryker’s individual results were as follows: Leading the team was Gabrielle Stuckey with a score of 284. Following, was Daniel Fether at 275, Aaron Sidle with 273, Logan Boetz at 272, Kim Stuckey with 271, Hayden Clingaman at 268, Noah Huffman with 257, Amy Chappius at 250, Emma Shindledecker with 250, Alex Grice at 249, Levi Chappius with 249, Abby Grice at 248, Sean Shindledecker with 232; and last but not least, Kaitlyn Wonders at 219. A job well done to Stryker’s Archery program!
