EDGERTON – C.J. Arroyo-Thompson put together quite a performance at the plate, collecting three hits including a home run, leading Archbold past Edgerton, 9-5, in non-league action.
Arroyo-Thompson also belted a double and drove in four runs for the Bluestreaks (2-0). Collin Short had three hits including a double, and Wyatt Cline had two hits including a triple. Noah Weaver singled twice for Edgerton (0-1).
Ethan Bowman went 5.1 innings, allowing five runs on four hits with four strikeouts and five walks to earn the win for Archbold.
