bradley-gillespieBradley R. Gillespie, age 42 of Defiance, has been charged for with killing of 21 year old Montpelier native Hannah Fischer and 47 year old Frank Tracy, Jr.

Gillespie is currently being held at CCNO on unrelated charges out of Defiance County.

Officials have had many breaks in the case over the last few weeks, with witnesses coming forward with valuable information that led them to recover the gun used to kill Fisher and Tracy.  Additional evidence was found in the Jeep Compass recovered on February 9 when Fisher’s body was found in an apartment building in Paulding.

In the days that followed, police named Tracy, her ex-boyfriend, as their primary suspect and filed a warrant for his arrest. However, the case took a turn when a mushroom hunter found Tracy’s body, dead as a result of a gunshot wound to the head, in a Paulding County cemetery.

It is not known at this time when Gillespie will be arraigned on the Paulding charges.
