WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Release Bid For County Road 22 Project During Short Session

The Williams County Commissioners began their regular June 12, 2023 session at 10 a.m., after holding two executive sessions, then adjourning for the day at 10:08 a.m.

First approved was a transfer resolution allowing for appropriations to account for the regular maintenance of the Juvenile Detention Center from the Williams County Commissioners’ unappropriated funds.

Next approved was the release of bids to be collected on July 6, 2023 for the 2023 County Road 22 Reclamation and Asphalt Paving Project.

Then approved was a resolution concerning the entering of a contract between JFS and NOCAC for financial case management services at a cost not to exceed $10,000 each year, before the last resolution concerning a contract extension between JFS and K & P Medical Transport for transportation services for eligible clients.

Before the meeting was adjourned, Commissioners Rummel, Hilkert, and Westfall approved the minutes of the June 8th, 2023 meeting and the bills as presented by the Williams County Auditor.
