7th Grade Stryker Boys Take Down Hilltop

The 7th grade Stryker Panthers boys basketball team was able to defeat the Hilltop Cadets in a very well played and high scoring junior high game, winning the contest by a 42-34.

The breakdown of scoring by quarter looked like this:
Stryker: 1st 6, 2nd 14, 3rd 11, 4th 11
Hiltop: 1st 9, 2nd 2, 3rd 7, 4th 16

The leading scorers for the Panthers were Ferguson and Simpson both putting up 12 points on the afternoon, Chiow followed them with eight points of his own, Grice had six points, and Boetz scored four.

Hilltop was lead by Easton with 14 points, Christians with 12 points, and Skyler with eight.
