Janice E. Campo, age 81, of Swanton, peacefully passed away at her home Thursday afternoon, January 16, 2020. She was born in Marion, Ohio on February 19, 1938 to the late Kenneth Spriggs and Evelyn (Edwards) Spriggs.

Janice was a graduate of Mt. Gilead High School and later from Stautzenberger College as a medical assistant. On June 1, 1960 she married Paul Campo and together shared 50 loving years until his passing on February 2, 2011.

Janice volunteered at the Delta Open Door and attended Shiloh Christian Union Church where she was active with various groups including Elderberries and Jewelry for Missions. She enjoyed many hobbies, but none took the place of shopping and sharing the accomplishments of her grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, Paul; Janice was preceded in death by her grandson, Logan Scott Grames.

She is survived by her children, Kelly (Simon) Edwards, Tony (Shelly) Campo, Crystal (Kevin) Ruby, Barry (Sue) Campo and Sarah (Bryan) Grames; brothers, Charles (Margaret) Spriggs, David (Delee) Spriggs and Gary (Maggie) Spriggs; sisters, Linda Row and Marsha Spriggs; 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Pastor Jeff and Sue Davis and Pastor Chuck Whitmire for your visits and spiritual uplifting. In honoring Janice’s wishes there will be no public visitation and graveside services will be private for the family at Amboy Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers and memorial contributions; save your money, buy new shoes and enjoy life.  Arrangements have been entrusted with Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St, Hwy. 109; Delta, Ohio 43515.

Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
