Dawn was a woman who was loved by everyone, who always helped others, and  put others’ needs before her own. Like her namesake, her smile brought light, warmth, and happiness to those who were blessed to know her.

Her love for life could be seen through the adventures she took with her beloved husband of 16 years, Chuck Lamberts and family. If not traveling across the world or taking cross-country trips on the motorcycle, Dawn cherished gardening, and loved creating an outdoor oasis for all God’s creatures including her favorite, hummingbirds.

Throughout her career, Dawn worked for Toledo area attorneys and the Lucas County Auditor’s office. Most importantly, Dawn considered living life to the fullest with her loved ones to be the best job of all.

On December 20, 2020, at age 57,  Dawn Lamberts was called home to her Heavenly Father. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Chuck; daughter, Sara (Doug) Fulton, Rayna (Joe) Fraker; grandson, Avery; sister, Lynne (Larry) Shirey; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Dawn was preceded in death by her parents, James and Blanche; brother, Michael Beck and niece, Cortni Beck.

Services at Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton will be private.

In lieu of memorial contributions, the family encourages all those who were touched by Dawn’s life to follow all CDC recommendations to stay safe and keep others safe during this COVID-19 pandemic.
