SONDRA JOYCE DEAN-SNOW, age 72, went to be with the Lord on June 25, 2021 in her home in West Unity, OH from natural causes with her loving and supportive husband, Mark Eugene Snow (an Evangelist over 30 years) by her side. Born on March 6, 1949 to Mary (nee THORYK) Leonardi and Jack Dean (both deceased).
She was the mother of Dawn Marie (deceased) (nee KOMER) Cox-Vannoy Jr. (Wendell Richard Vannoy Jr.) and Shawn Michael Komer (Susan Marie); the grandmother of Alexis Joyce Cox, Elliot James Cox, Nicolas Michael Komer, Kyle Austin Komer (partner Jordan Gannon), Calvin Jacob Komer (Autumn), and Bailey Elizabeth Komer; the great-grandmother of Lillian Rose Komer, a gift from Kyle and Jordan; the sister of Jacqueline Phyliss Strazar (Thomas) and a brother and his wife; nieces, Kimberly Anne Strazar, Patricia Lynn Schwan (Ryan) and Jennifer Marie Lebron (Jean); nephews, Brian Mizway (Rosie), Carey Mizway (Kerri), and Kevin Mizway; she also leaves behind her step-father, Daniel Leonardi; her uncle, Edward Thoryk; and many cousins and numerous friends.
Memorial contributions should be sent to Mark Snow, 610 W. Jackson St., West Unity, oh 43570. These will then be sent to a charity of Sondra’s choice in memory of her daughter.
