The June Meeting of the Four County Career Center Board of Education was held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
As part of the Treasurer’s Report, the Board approved:
•May Meeting Minutes.
•Financial statements and investments for the month of May as presented.
•Appropriation Modifications as presented.
•‘Then and Now’ certifications as presented.
•Transfers and advances from the General Fund 001 as presented.
•Write off of unreconciled checks and uncollected outstanding obligations.
•Temporary Appropriations and Resolution for FY22.
As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the board accepted and/or approved the following items:
•Resignations for the purpose of retirement for Mary Jane Kline and Elaine Perdue.
•Resignation for Brandon Hancock for the purpose of accepting the “Assistant Building and Grounds Supervisor” position.
•Resignation for Amy Maassel for the purpose of accepting the “Intervention Specialist” position.
•Corrected Co-Club Advisors supplemental for Matt Zwyer and Taryn Thomas.
•A one-year contract for Madisen Morlock as “Ag Instructor” (Ayersville Satellite).
•Column moves for Erin Custer and Taryn Thomas beginning with the 2021-22 school year.
•Employ Amy Maassel as “Intervention Specialist”.
•Employ Brandon Hancock as “Assistant Building and Grounds Supervisor”.
•Employ Brian Snyder as “Financial Aid and Program Assistant”.

•Employ Adult Ed staff and instructors for the 2021-22 school year.
•Tim Meister, Superintendent, as the designee in place of the Treasurer, to sign the Treasurer’s contracts, salary notices, and other employment documentation as required.
•Board Policies as presented.
•The Treasurer to be covered under an employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy in lieu of an individual surety bond.
•Vendors as the lowest bidders to supply products and services for the 2021-22 school year.
•The NBEC Technical Services Agreement for 2021-22.
•The lease agreement between N.W.O.G.A. and Four County Career Center.
•A shared service agreement with Wauseon Schools for shared speech services.

•Donations donated to the Drug Free Club of Four County Career Center.
•An Enterprise Zone Agreement for Envirokure as presented.
•An Enterprise Zone Agreement for Keller Development as presented.
The next scheduled meeting involving members of the Four County Career Center Board of Education will be the regular July Board of Education Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in the Board Room at Four County Career Center.
