(September 18th, 2014): North Central and Hilltop got together in junior high action on Thursday. The two schools split the match-up, with the Cadet Seventh Graders and Eagle Eighth Graders finding themselves winners, both in straight sets.
Hilltop’s Seventh Graders controlled the match against the Lady Eagles. They took the first set 25-9. North Central couldn’t get anything going in game 2, losing the set 10-25.
The Eighth Grade game was more competitive. After a back and forth battle, the girls of North Central won the first set 25-20. The second game saw the Lady Eagles close out the match, beating Hilltop 25-14.
