Jane Marie Clair WEBJane Marie Clair, 58, of Hicksville passed away Tuesday evening at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on December 28, 1956 in Montpelier to James M. and Wanda L. (Freeman) Snow. Jane graduated from Montpelier High School in 1975, where she received her beautician’s license from Four County Joint Vocational School. On January 18, 1980 she married Tommie A. Clair in Montpelier and he survives.

Jane was a member of the West Milford Church of Christ in rural Edgerton. She also worked for Parker-Hannifin in New Haven, Indiana as a lead person.

She is survived by her husband Tommie; three sons, Christopher N. Snow of Wauseon, Jeffery A. Clair of Hicksville, Dustin J. Clair of West Unity; two daughters, Amanda M. Kreischer of Montpelier and Jennifer W. Clair of Stryker; twelve grandchildren; two brothers Jim Snow of Edgerton, Norman Snow of Montpelier; and two sisters, Patty Bowen of Montpelier and Donna Young of Sheridan, Illinois.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation for Jane will be on Sunday, March 8th from 2-8pm at the Thompson- Geesey Funeral Home, 335 Empire Street in Montpelier. Services will be on Monday at 11am at the funeral home with Dan Grant and Mike Harbour to officiate. Interment will follow at the Stryker Cemetery in Stryker, Ohio. Donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.thethompsonfuneralhome.com
