The Williams County Commissioners started their May 15, 2023 regular session at 9:11 a.m. They passed three resolutions, signed permits and construction documents, and approved the bills and prior minutes as presented before entering recess at 9:14 a.m.

Resolution 2023-151 was a transfer request from the Department of Aging, the Williams County Engineer’s Office, and the commissioners.

Resolution 2023-152 allowed for non-custodial parental location services to be contracted for, and Resolution 2023-153 was an MOU between JFS (Jobs and Family Services) to recruit prospective adoptive families.

A permit for moving poles that are in the way of a new ditch being constructed was signed with documents approving the resurfacing of parking lots before the commissioners approved the bills as presented by the county auditor and the minutes of the May 11, 2023 regular session before going into recess.
